Why can't I see any messages from some of my social channels on Zoho Social?

Why can't I see any messages from some of my social channels on Zoho Social?

Zoho Social currently supports direct messages for Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky, X, and Instagram. While you can continue to interact with your engagers directly via the Monitor tab and via posts, the ability to view personal messages sent to your respective social channels is not available for some social channels.
