What are the available modes of payment?

You can pay for your Zoho Social account via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, bank transfer or cheque transfer. For further details, write to sales@zohocorp.com 

Do you need my credit card information to start a trial?
No, you need not input your credit card details to start the 15-day free trial. However once your free trial is completed, you naturally switch to one of our paid options - Standard, Premium, or Professional plans for brands or the Agency plan for agencies.
Can I downgrade my account to a different plan?
Yes, you can easily manage your subscription and downgrade any time you'd like. However, keep in mind that downgrading will restrict your access to many of Zoho Social's Standard, Professional, Premium, or Agency features. If you decide to switch back to a paid plan later, you will regain your access to all the data that you had previously created using restricted features (e.g., lists or reports you created when you had a paid plan).

Follow these steps to change your current subscription or move to the free plan:
  1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Select Manage Subscription.
  3. Click Change Plan.
  4. Select one of the lower plans and click the Downgrade button and proceed to downgrade immediately.
InfoIn case your credit card expires, you will be automatically downgraded to the free plan. However, we will send you five email notifications during the fifteen days before the downgrade happens, so you'll have enough time to update your information and continue with your subscription.
Is there a discount provided for non-profit organizations?
Yes, we do have a discount for non-profit organizations. Please send us an email to sales@zohocorp.com, and we'll take it from there!

How can I upgrade to a paid plan?

InfoYou can choose any paid plan from: Standard, Professional, Premium, Agency and Agency Plus editions. To get a detailed understanding of the features available on these plans, please refer to the table above or head over to our plan comparison page.

Follow these steps to upgrade to a paid plan on Zoho Social:
  1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Select Manage Subscription.
  3. Click Change Plan.
  4. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want to upgrade to. 



  5. You can choose to buy additional brands, team members and IM credits as add-ons to the plan you've selected. Enter the value and click Proceed.



  6. Review your order and verify your billing details.
  7. Choose whether you want to pay with a credit card or Paypal. 


  8. Enter your details and click Proceed to pay to finish the payment.
InfoAll subscriptions will be automatically renewed from your selected payment method on a recurring basis and we'll send you a receipt each time. We do not store your card details. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. If the subscription is canceled, refunds and termination of access will follow the Terms of Service. Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change.
