Can I customize my brand's home screen dashboard for each client?

The Zoho Social dashboard cannot be customized. However, you can set up a Custom Branding which lets you personalize your Zoho Social Portal with your own logo and branding. 

As an agency, can I customise my portal with my company logo before I invite my clients?

You can customise your portal with a company logo, favicon, and a custom domain before you invite your clients. Also, customise any report sent out via Zoho Social with your brand's logo.

How many team members can I add if I've opted for the agency plans?
Under the Agency Plans, all your Brands can be managed by five team members. If you'd like to add additional team members to your Brand, you could do this by purchasing our Team Member add-ons

How does the agency plan differ from the agency plus plan when it comes to managing more clients?
You can manage 10 brands for your clients under the Agency Plan and get access to 14 Social Channels in each Brand.
On the other hand, if you're running a bigger agency you can manage upto 20 brands under the Agency Plus plan with access to 14 Social Channels in each Brand.
That is, under one Brand you can connect each of these:
  1. Facebook Page
  2. X Profile
  3. Instagram Business Profile
  4. LinkedIn Profile
  5. LinkedIn Company Page
  6. TikTok Profile (not available for Indian custoers)
  7. YouTube Channel
  8. Google Business Profile
  9. Pinterest Profile
  10. Mastodon Profile
  11. Threads Profile
  12. Bluesky Profile
  13. WhatsApp Business Account
  14. Telegram Business Account
You can purchase Brand Add-ons if you'd like to manage additional Brands on the same plan.


What are the key features I can get access to under the agency plans?
The Agency Plan comes with all of the features of the Premium Plan.

In addition to that, you get access to the following features under the Agency Plans: 

Add an Agency name, logo, favicon, and custom domain. 
Send personalized client invite emails.
Create agency-branded reports.
Provide a free log in and Custom view for clients.
Can I share custom-branded reports with my clients?

Yes, you can share unlimited custom-branded reports with your client members.

To share entire sections of reports: 
  1. Go to the Reports module. 
  2. Under Social media reports, go to the specific section you want to share, like Summary, Audience, Post & Engagement, and so on for the different social channels. 
  3. Click the ellipsis icon at the top-right corner of your dashboard. 
  4. Click Email and add the client's email address to send the report via email. 


  5. Click Schedule to schedule the report to be sent out regularly, and add your client's email address. 



  6. Choose one of the export options - Export as PDF, Export as PNG, or Bulk Export as CSV to download the files to your computer and then send it separately to your clients. 
Alternatively, you can also create a custom dashboard with specific report cards and share it with a specific set of people like your client members. 

To create and share a custom dashboard: 
  1. Under the Reports module, click Custom dashboards on the left-side menu. 
  2. Click the drop-down next to the menu to access an already created dashboard, or click Create dashboard to create a new one. 
  3. Enter a name for the dashboard and click Save
  4. Click Add Cards.



  5. Once you've added all the required cards, click the drop-down next to Shared with to select who you want to share the dashboard with. 
What will my clients access in Zoho Social?
Your clients can view Scheduled Posts, and Published Posts under the Posts tab along with the details of each post. 

They can initiate discussions from the Collaborate tab and will be able to view posts and disucssions if they're tagged in them or in the comments.

They can view the reports, and custom dashboard shared with them in the Reports tab and also export them as PNG or PDF files. 


How do I collaborate with my clients from Zoho Social?

You can use Collaborate in Zoho Social to discuss new post ideas, review drafts by adding comments, share reports, share interactions directly from your Live Stream with your team members.

If you start a discussion on 
Collaborate, only your team members will be notified and be able to view it. 


However, if you want a particular client member to view a post, just tag them in it

If the client member is tagged in a comment, they'll be notified and be able to see the entire thread. 

 

The client will not be able to tag any of your team members. 
How do I invite my clients to Zoho Social?

We recommend that you rebrand your portal before you invite clients.
You can invite client members to your brand or portal with restricted permissions without having to create a separate role under Roles & Permissions.
As a Brand Admin:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Under Brand Settings, go to Brand Members
  3. Under Client Members, click Invite at the top-right corner of your dashboard. 
  4. Add the client email address and select the tick-box if you want to add them as an approver for the brand. 
  5. Click Invite

 
Notes
If you are a portal admin, you will be able to invite the client members to specific brands from the same window. 
How do I set up a custom domain in Zoho Social?
Your clients can view their dashboard from the default domain we have provided: yourcompanyname.social-public.com or from your custom domain. Go to Portal Settings and click Customization
  1. Enter your preferred custom domain and click Submit.
  2. We will generate a unique Zoho Social security code (ZS Code) for your custom domain.  
  3. Go to your domain's DNS manager and point the CNAME record and the ZS code to social.cs.zohohost.com.
  4. Click Verify Domain Mapping to complete the process.
  5. We will request SSL certificate for your custom domain on your behalf to keep your information safe.
  6. Your custom domain will be fully secure and ready for your clients after 5-6 business days.

  • We use the company name you provided when you signed up to create a default domain. If you haven't set up a custom domain before you invite your clients, your invite emails will carry the link with the default domain we've provided: yourcompanyname.social-public.com If you'd like to continue using the default domain with minor edits, we suggest you change your portal name.

  • If you've already invited your clients and you later customize your domain, you'll need to convey the change of domain to your clients. 

  • If you set up a custom domain and then invite your clients, your invite emails will carry the link with the custom domain.
How do I customize Zoho Social?

You can customize your portal and your clients' portal by logging into social.zoho.com

Go to Settings and select Brand Settings. Under General Settings, select Portal Settings, then Customization.


To upload a favicon:

Click Upload favicon and choose a file. 

Note: Images look best at 16x16 pixels or 32x32 pixels and at a size of 20KB or less. Make sure the file you choose is in PNG, GIF, or ICO format.

 

To upload your company logo:

Click 
Upload your company logo and choose a file.

Note: Images look best at 200:40 pixels and at a size of 20KB or less. Make sure the file you choose is in JPEG, JPG, PNG or GIF format. This image will help us customize your clients' portal and the reports you export.

If you've customized Zoho Social with your company's design assets (logo and favicon) and then invited your clients, they'll see a re-branded version of Zoho Social. This will be reflected throughout the product, ensuring that your clients see your branding. We've provided a default domain for your clients. You can choose to use that or map your custom domain to Zoho Social so that your clients will sign up or sign in there. To learn about setting up a custom domain check this article.
