What is a Brand? How many Brands can I manage in each plan?
In Zoho Social, a Brand represents the social channels for a single entity or business unit. You can add and manage one each of the following social channels under a single Brand:

Facebook Page
LinkedIn Company Page
LinkedIn Profile
Google Business Profile listing
TikTok Profile
Mastodon Profile
Pinterest Profile
YouTube Channel (Available only on Premium, Agency and Agency Plus Plans)
Threads Profile
Bluesky Profile
WhatsApp Business account (Available only on Premium, Agency and Agency Plus Plans)
Telegram Business account (Available only on Premium, Agency and Agency Plus Plans)
Unfortunately TikTok won't be available to access via Zoho Social in India due to the ongoing regulatory restrictions on the platform.
Here are the number of Brands and Team Members you can manage for each paid plan:
Standard plan: 1 Brand (10 channels) and 1 Team Member
Professional plan: 1 Brand (10 channels) and 1 Team Member
Premium plan: 1 Brand (13 Channels) and 3 Team Members
Agency plan: 10 Brands (130 Channels) and 5 Team Members
Agency Plus plan: 20 Brands (250 Channels) and 5 Team Members
In addition to this, to manage more than one of any of these social channels—for example, two Facebook profiles or two Twitter handles—you'll have to purchase Brand add-ons or upgrade to a bigger paid subscription, and connect these additional social channels.
If my brand has multiple profiles or pages on a social network, will each profile be considered a separate brand?
Yes! On Zoho Social, a single Brand can only have 1 page/profile per social network, since we measure each page/profile's performance individually. For example, in one Brand, you can manage one of each:

However, you can create multiple Brands under your Zoho Social Portal in case you have multiple profiles or pages on a social channel.

Does my account exist after the trial period expires?
Yes, it does. Regardless of the plan you sign up for, once your trial period is over, you'll automatically be moved to the Free plan.
You can always make an upgrade to a paid plan by clicking on your profile and selecting Manage Subscription. From here choose any paid plan you like.
Is there a limit to the number of Brand and Team Member add-ons I can purchase along with my paid subscription?
You can purchase Team Member and Brand add-ons if you're currently subscribed to Zoho Social's Professional, Premium, or Agency plans.
On Professional, a maximum of 5 brand add-ons and unlimited team member add-ons can be purchased.
On Premium, you can purchase unlimited brand and team member add-ons.
On the Agency and Agency Plus plans, you can add bundles of 5 additional brands (each bundle consists of five brands) and unlimited team members. There's no limit on the number of brand bundles and team members that you can add to your paid subscription on the Agency and Agency plus plans.
You get only one brand and one team member on the Standard plan. Add-ons cannot be purchased for the Standard plan.
I'm not able to manage my subscription plan on Zoho Social
To manage your subscription plan, you need to be a Portal Admin. Brand Admins and Users do not have access to managing the subscription plans on Zoho Social.
If you'd like to be able to update your account subscription, please ask your Portal Admin to change your role.
Where can I manage subscription plans in Zoho Social?
Here's how you can manage your subscription plans:
1. Access your Zoho Social account
2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard
3. Click on 'Manage subscription'
4. Select the plan which you want to upgrade to (Ex: Professional)
5. Select the pay period (Ex: Annual)
6. Proceed with payments.
What if I have more users and brands to manage?
Additional users or brands can be added to your subscription by purchasing the respective add-ons.
To purchase add-ons
Click your Profile icon and select Manage Subscription.
Click Upgrade Add-Ons in the Subscription Details page.
Select the number of add-ons required from the drop-down list and click Proceed.
Click Make Payment in theConfirm Orderstage. You will receive a confirmation page with purchase and payment details.
