What is Lite Edition in Zoho Social?
Social Lite is an exclusive edition from Zoho Social that comes bundled with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk at no additional costs.
You can access the Lite Edition in Zoho Social as long as you're subscribed to Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Desk. 

Here's what you can do with the Lite Edition:
  1. Keep the brands created in Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk in sync with Zoho Social

  2. Publish unlimited posts to the supported networks(Facebook Page, X Profile, LinkedIn Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, Instagram Profile, Google Business Profile)

  3. Share articles from your browser using zShare plug-in

  4. Measure your ROI from social media through CRM integration reports

Can I use my Zoho Social Lite from my mobile?
Yes, Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk users can use their Zoho Social Lite edition via the Zoho Social mobile app.

How can I access the Zoho Social Lite edition?
If you're a Zoho CRM or a Zoho Desk user and have been using the 'Social' tab in them, you can access the Zoho Social Lite edition by logging in to Zoho Social. 
Would I be able to post to all social channels from my Lite Edition?
No, you'll be able to post to Facebook Page, X Profile, LinkedIn Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, Instagram Profile, and Google Business Profile.
How many brands and team members can I manage from my Zoho Social Lite?
By default, the Lite edition lets you manage one brand and two team members (the Admin and another member) under it. You can choose to add more brands and team members by upgrading to a paid plan which lets you manage more brands and team members.

Brand and Team Member add-ons are also available specifically for Zoho CRM users.
What happens to my brands when my 15-day trial of Zoho Social expires?
Irrespective of the plan that you tried out during the 15-day trial period, once it is up you will by default be set to the Zoho Social Lite edition where you can retain one brand. In case you have added multiple brands within this trial period, you will get to choose which brand you wish to continue managing under the Lite Edition. You can however, switch to one of the paid plans if you wish to add and manage multiple brands. 

In addition to that, you can manage all the brands you have purchased from Zoho CRM. All the existing brands you've set up within Zoho CRM or Zoho Desk will automatically get transferred to your Zoho Social Lite Edition.

Please note that this is possible as long as you are subscribed to Zoho CRM.
Is it possible to switch to another edition of Zoho Social while I'm using Zoho Social lite edition?
Yes, you can switch to any other edition of Zoho Social to try out our advanced features. You can do this:

a. During your trial period
b. Anytime post-trial when you're set to the Lite Edition

To do this, follow these steps:
  • Click on your Display Picture on the top right corner followed by Try Other Editions.
  • Now from the pop-up window, select the plan you want to switch and hit the Try Now button.

You can also switch to another plan right from the Home tab by simply clicking on the Try Other Editions option placed right above the live stream.
