How to add X Lists as a Monitor column?
To add a List as a Monitor column:
  1. Go to the Monitor Tab and click on the + Add New Column button.
  2. Select the column type as Lists under X.
  3. Click on a List and select Save from the bottom right of the screen.
  4. Alternatively, Click + New X List to create a new list. 
  5. Type the name for the list, add a description, choose the privacy, and then click Create. 

How to delete an X List?
To delete an X List,
  1. Go to Monitor tab, click + Add New Column.
  2. Select X Lists.
  3. Under Lists, click on the member count under the list. (eg. 7 members)
  4. Click Delete X List to delete the list. 

How to remove members from an X List?
To remove members from your List, follow these steps
  1. Go to the Monitor Tab and click on the + Add New Column.
  2. Select the column type as Lists.
  3. Click on the member count (eg. 7 Users).
  4. On the pop up, hover on the member you want to remove, click Remove Member

Adding users to a List

Adding members to a List that is already a Monitor column
  1. Click on the ellipsis icon on the top-right corner of the List's Monitor column.
  2. Select List Info.
  3. On the pop up, click Add Members.
  4. You can search for users by their names or @usernames and add them. 


Adding members to a List that hasn't been added as a Monitor column
  1. Go to the Monitor Tab and click on the orange + Add New Column button.
  2. Select the column type as Lists.
  3. Click on the user count (eg. 7 Users).
  4. On the pop up, click on Add Users.

Adding members to a List from other X columns
  1. Hover on a post from any X column on the Monitor tab.
  2. Click on the ellipsis icon at the top-right corner, and select Add/Remove from a List from the menu. 
  3. You can choose to add them to an existing List or create a new List with them. 


Adding members to a List from the Connections tab
  1. Under the Connections tab, hover over any connection.
  2. Click on the ellipsis icon at the top-right corner select Add/Remove from a List.
  3. You can choose to add them to an existing List or create a new List for them. 


Info
You can add an X user to a List from anywhere on Zoho Social if you select the ellipsis icon on their profile details, and select Add/Remove from a List.

Can I delete a message I sent to a user on X(formerly known as Twitter) through Zoho Social?
Yes, you can delete a message you have already sent to someone on X through Zoho Social web, Android, and iOS applications. Hover over the message and click  to delete it.

The message will only be deleted for the sender and not the recipient. 
Can I block and report a user on X(formerly known as Twitter)?
No, you won't be able to block and report an X user from your Zoho Social account due to API limitations. However, you can still do it directly from your X profile. 
How to schedule a repost from the Monitor tab?
  1. Click on the Monitor tab on your dashboard to view all your X columns. Select the Repost option under any post of your choice. This will prompt-open the publishing window with a preview of your selected post.
  2.  In the publishing window, you can choose to add a comment or quote for the repost and go about picking a publishing option from the list of all available ones.  
  3. Once you decide on the publishing option, you can choose to schedule the repost for a later time, or click on the Repost button to post instantly.


What is an X Premium account? How do I use it on Zoho Social?
X premium account is a paid subscription of X to get access to some additional features, a blue tick for account verification, reduced ads and a better experience. You can connect your X premium account to Zoho Social in the usual way, and get access to some additional features supported through API such as: 
  1. Extended character support of up to 25000 characters
  2. Extended video duration of up to 10 minutes in length, and 1 GB in size 
How to schedule a repost from the Posts tab?
  1. Go to the Posts tab on your Dashboard and click on the Published Posts option.
  2. Click on from the list of all the social channels displayed.
  3. Select a post and click on the Repost option under the Post Details to post instantly or to schedule it for a different date and time. 

How to schedule a repost from your Notifications?
  1. Click on the Notifications icon on the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Select an X notification from the drop-down and click to view details. From here click the Repost option.
  3. From the publishing window that opens up, you will get a preview of your selected post. Here you can go about adding a comment or quote for your repost.
  4. Click on the Repost button to post instantly or you can choose to schedule it for a later date based on your preference from the list of all publishing options available. 

Can I edit and delete a scheduled repost?
Yes! You can edit and delete your scheduled reposts from the Posts tab. Here are the steps to do it.
1. Once a repost has been scheduled, head to the Posts tab and tap on Scheduled Posts.
2. Now, hover over the desired scheduled post and click on the ellipsis icon, and then click Delete. 
3. To edit, hover over any scheduled post and click on the Edit icon. 
How do I know if a scheduled repost has been published?
The moment your repost is published, you will receive an auto-generated email from Zoho Social that your post is live. 
Can I add an image while reposting?
No! You won't be able to attach media files while reposting or scheduling a repost from within Zoho Social. 
What are the publishing options available while scheduling a repost?
Zoho Social has multiple scheduling options with which you can plan and set your retweet for a later date. They are:
  1. Send for approval - If you're a limited publisher or you just want to recheck/verify the post once before taking it live, you can choose this option to send the post for approval to the approvers in your brand. 
  2. Repost Now - Choose this option to publish your repost instantly.
  3. Schedule for a Specific Date - This will help you schedule your repost for a specific date and time.
  4. Add to Queue - If you've added custom publishing queues for your brand, you can push the repost to the next available queue slot, for publishing. Choose this option to maintain a consistent posting schedule across your channels.
  5. Choose a SmartQ Slot - Choose from SmartQ suggestions that give you best times to schedule your content. These are suggested by Zoho Social based on your engagement trends.

Can I undo a repost?
Yes, you can! To undo a repost, click on the highlighted Repost button on the post which you have already reposted, and the post will be removed from your timeline.
Notes
Undoing a Repost will remove the repost from your timeline but will not affect the original post.
