How do I change the thumbnail image of links from Zoho Social?

As of now, you cannot customize a thumbnail or add an image to be included as a thumbnail. However you get to navigate between images if the URL you include has multiple images in it.

Thumbnail previews are automatically generated once after you type or paste a URL on the compose screen. This pretty much is the format in which your audience would view your post if you share the same link natively from the social channel.

Facebook: On Dec 18, 2017 Facebook removed the ability to customize link attachments. That means, a thumbnail will be automatically set for the link, which you cannot edit. However, if the link you include has multiple images, you can navigate between the images and choose a thumbnail of your choice.
X: X does not allow custom thumbnails; link previews and thumbnails are auto-generated when your post goes live
LinkedIn: When the link you add to the Publishing window has multiple images, you can navigate and select a different thumbnail image by clicking the arrows.
