How to temporarily disable the zShare extension for Google Chrome?

You can choose to disable the extension temporarily and choose to enable it again. To do so, follow the steps given below.
1. Click on the three dots (Customize and control Google Chrome) on the top right corner of your browser and tap on Settings.
2. Now, click on Extensions and turn off the toggle button next to zShare extension.

How to uninstall zShare for Google Chrome?

Right click on the extension on your Chrome browser and tap on the Remove from Chrome option.
Now, hit the Remove button on the consent window to uninstall the extension.

How to add zShare extension to Google Chrome?

1. To install this extension click here and hit the Add to Chrome button.
2. Now on the chrome web store click on the Add to Chrome button.
3. Finally, click on the Add extension button in the consent window.

Can I disable the zShare button on images from other websites?

Yes, you can hide the zShare button that appears on images. Follow these steps:

1) Right-click the zShare extension from your browser, and select Options.

2) Disable the toggle to hide the zShare button on all images from other websites.

When you disable the zShare button, you will no longer be able to share images directly to your social channels via zShare.

Can I customize my content for each connected social channel when I publish via zShare?

With the zShare browser extension, you can customize your content, tags, @mentions, media and hashtags that are specific to each connected social channel on Zoho Social depending on the media guidelines for each individual network.

What does the feather icon indicate in the zShare publishing/customize content window?

The content typed in the default tab is denoted by the feather icon. The text and images typed here will be automatically copied to all the social channels you've selected.

To customize the content for each social channel, select a particular social icon next to the feather icon and make changes to the text, link, image, or thumbnail for that social channel.

Is the selected scheduled date and time applicable to all my social channels when I publish via zShare?

Yes, it is. The schedule that you choose will apply to all the selected social channels. You cannot customize the scheduled date and time to post across different social channels. In case you need posts to go out at different times, you can do this by creating separate posts for each channel.

Can I share content directly from my browser?

Yes, you can! With our browser extension, zShare, you can share content directly from your web browser, without having to switch between tabs. Once you've downloaded and installed the zShare extension, you'll be able to see the zShare icon on the top right corner of your browser.

With the zShare browser extension, you can customize messages, images, and the overall tone of your content based on what's relevant to your followers on different social channels .

To share a webpage or a blog directly to your social channels, follow these steps:

Click the zShare extension on your web browser.
If you're already logged on to Zoho Social, clicking this icon will open a New Post box along with the post title and preview of the content you're trying to share.
Select your Brand from the top bar of the New Post box.
Click the + icon to select the social channels that you want to post to.
You can choose to customize your post for each channel that you select.
Review your post, and then click Post Now or Schedule your post.
To save your post as a draft, click and select Save Draft.

How do I share images from the link I'm browsing through Zoho Social?

The zShare browser plugin helps you share content directly from your favorite browser, without switching tabs. Download and install the zShare plugin for your browser. Once installed, you'll see the zShare icon on the top right corner of your browser.

You can now share a webpage or a blog you're browsing, by simply clicking on the zShare icon. If you're already logged on to Zoho Social, this will promptly open the Zoho Social publishing window, with the link and preview of the content you're trying to share. You can publish it immediately or schedule it for later.

With zShare you can not only share a news article or a blog, but go one step further and choose specific items like text (paragraphs, quotes etc) or images (photos, infographs etc) from the page to share with your audience. Here's how you can do it:

To do this with text content, simply select the desired line or passage and click on the zShare plugin icon to open up the Zoho Social Publishing window. Your desired text will appear ready to post and you can hit publish directly.
To do this with an image, hover your pointer on the desired image. Click on the small zShare plugin button that appears below the image. This will take you to the publishing window, where your photo will appear ready to upload. Other images from the page will also appear at the bottom of your publishing window, for you to choose. You can publish up to 10 images according to the media guidelines of each individual network.
You can schedule third-party content the same way you schedule your own posts on Zoho Social. Once you open the page you want to share, click on ZShare plugin on your browser to bring up the publishing window. Click on the Bulk scheduler option on the right and choose the desired date and time to share.

2. Feed in or edit the content, and pick a scheduling option on the right.

3. Choose the desired date and time to share.
