Connecting social channels - Frequently Asked Questions
Why are some of my social channels missing on the Live Stream tab?
You can only view the following social channels on your Live Stream - Facebook Page, X Profile, Instagram Profile, and Bluesky Profile.
How do I disconnect my social media channels from Zoho Social?
Disconnect social media channels from Zoho Social
Go to Settings -> Social Channels.
Click Disconnect next to the social channel that you want to disconnect from Social.
Click Disconnect in the pop-up again to confirm.
Why aren't any pages shown on the list after I sign in to the social channel?
There might not be any available pages to configure the account. Check your settings in the Social Channel in case you missed adding it there. Usually, this happens when you don't have any pages connected to your social channel. Other reasons could be:
Your page could be in an unpublished state. Publish your page to see it listed on Zoho Social.
You may not have Admin rights and therefore won't see the page. It's best to go to that particular social network setting and cross-check it.
Why is Zoho Social asking me to re-authenticate my account after I configure my pages?
For security reasons, many social networks only let you stay logged in for 60 days. Once the 60-days login period lapses or if your password changes, you'll have to re-authenticate your account in Zoho Social.
What social channels can I manage with Zoho Social?
With Zoho Social, you can manage your social media presence across the following channels:

X Profile
LinkedIn Company Page
LinkedIn Profile
Google Business Profile listing
Instagram Profile
Pinterest Profile
TikTok Profile
YouTube Channel
Mastodon Profile
Bluesky Profile
Threads Profile
You can also integrate your WhatsApp and Telegram business accounts to monitor interactions on Inbox.
You can add one each of the above channels to every Brand you create on Zoho Social.
Functionality available for each social channel is based on the API available for that channel. Certain features may be unavailable for some social channels because of API limitations that restrict us from building those features for that channel. However, publishing and scheduling is available for all of the channels.
Why am I unable to re-authenticate my social networks?
Only users with Admin access to the social networks can authenticate them in Zoho Social.
