No, the Social Toolkit is completely free to access. You don't need a Zoho Social account in order to use these tools.

Currently, the Social Toolkit comprises three tools: Instagram Grid Builder, Instagram Regram, and Campaign URL Builder. The Instagram Grid Builder will help you split your image into multiple images and preview how your Instagram grid looks. The Instagram Regram tool helps you repost a post from another Instagram user's account by giving them due credit. The Campaign URL Builder will help you generate links specific to your campaign, with tracking parameters that can measure performance. 

You can use the Campaign URL builder to generate a custom URL for your marketing campaign. Go to the tool, and then enter the link for which you want to create the custom URL by adding tracking parameters. Then provide the essential details for the parameters, including the name of the campaign, medium, source, content, term, and the campaign ID, unique to the campaign. Then generate the URL and copy It to be used anywhere, or publish it via Zoho Social from here. 

The Instagram Regram tool lets you repost an image from another Instagram account's post. You can simply go to the post you want to repost and click , then click  to copy the link to the post. Paste this link into the Instagram Regram tool and click enter. You can preview the post on the right side of your dashboard and add a regram badge to it before you repost it to your account. You can either download it, or post it directly via Zoho Social. 

Using the Instagram Grid Builder, you can plan how your grid looks ahead of posting and get the sequence of images ready. You can split your image into any of the available preset sizes of 3x1, 3x2, 3x3, or 3x4 grids. You can download your images from here and then post them either directly to the respective social networks or to multiple networks on Social simultaneously.  

No, you will not be able to share the media or links directly to the social networks from here. However, you can share your regrammed post and campaign URL directly to Zoho Social, and you can also copy or download the links and media files respectively, and then upload them to your social networks. 

No, you won't be able to access the Social Toolkit inside Zoho Social as it isn't a part of Social. You can access it for free even if you aren't a Zoho Social user. However, you can share your edited images via Zoho Social to your social networks.
