Managing your tickets from the Reports tab
- Click on the Reports tab on your Zoho Social dashboard and tap on Desk Tickets.
- You'll be able to view all the tickets created from Zoho Social.
- When you tap on the ticket ID, you'll be able to see all your interactions with the customer and respond to the ticket on Zoho Desk.
