Managing your tickets from the Reports tab

You can get an overview of all tickets created from social media in the form of a Report on Zoho Social. Here, you can gain insights about when ticket was created, the assignee of every ticket in Zoho Desk and the departments they belong to. This way, you get a picture of all the tickets you generated from posts on Twitter and Facebook in a single report.

Here's how you can view your Zoho Desk report
  1. Click on the Reports tab on your Zoho Social dashboard and tap on Desk Tickets.
  2. You'll be able to view all the tickets created from Zoho Social.
  3. When you tap on the ticket ID, you'll be able to see all your interactions with the customer and respond to the ticket on Zoho Desk.
