Upgrade add-ons and downgrade add-ons
Upgrade and downgrade add-ons allow you to add or remove brands and team members without changing your entire subscription plan. Instead of moving to a higher plan, you can simply purchase add-ons based on your requirements.
For instance, if you are using the Professional Plan but need 3 brands and 10 team members, you can continue using the Professional Plan and purchase additional brand and team member add-ons instead of upgrading to the Agency Plan.
You can upgrade or downgrade these add-ons at any time.
How upgrading and downgrading add-ons billing works
When you upgrade, the added quantity becomes part of your subscription for future billing cycles until you downgrade it manually.
For example, suppose you are on the Professional Plan with 3 brands and 10 team members and you need 2 additional team members, you can upgrade your add-ons and increase the limit from 10 to 12 members.
From the next billing cycle onward, you will be billed for 12 members. If you later decide you only need 10 members again, you must manually downgrade the add-on from 12 back to 10. If you do not downgrade it, the 12-member add-on will continue in future billing cycles.
