The Posts tab lets you view and manage your published, scheduled, draft, approval, and unpublished posts from one place. Once you open a post, click the More icon (⋯) to access the available actions based on the post type and the connected social network.
View a post
To view a post:
- Navigate to the Posts tab.
- Select the required view, such as Published Posts, Scheduled Posts, Approvals, Unpublished Posts, or Drafts.
- Click the required post to view its details and post stats.
Once you've opened a post, hover over a particular post and click the More icon (⋯) to access the available post actions, which include
- Edit a post
- Deleting a post
- Discussing,
- Export posts as PDF, CSV or PNG
- Embed a post
- Edit as a new post.
Here's an overview of each available action and how it can help you manage your posts.

Edit a post
The Edit option lets you modify a published post directly from Zoho Social. Published posts can be edited only for the following social networks:
- YouTube
- Mastodon
- Google Business Profile
For all other social networks, published posts can't be edited from Zoho Social. To edit these posts, click Copy URL and make the changes directly on the respective social media platform.
Delete a post
The Delete option lets you remove a published post from supported social media networks. Published posts can be deleted directly from Zoho Social for all supported social networks except Instagram.
Note:
Instagram doesn't allow published posts to be edited or deleted through third-party applications. To edit or delete an Instagram post, click Copy URL and open the post in Instagram to make the required changes.
Discuss a post
The Discuss option opens the post in the Collaborate tab, where you can start a conversation, share feedback, and collaborate with your team members or clients without leaving Zoho Social.
Embed a post
The Embed Post option generates a link to a post within Zoho Social. You can copy this link and paste it into the Collaborate tab to start a new discussion or add it to an existing conversation, making it easier to share posts with your team for review and feedback.
Edit as a new post
The Edit as New Post option opens the selected post in the compose window, allowing you to modify the content, choose the social channels you want to publish to, and save or schedule it as a new post. The original post remains unchanged.
Export posts
The Export Posts option lets you export scheduled, draft, unpublished, and pending-approval posts as PDF, CSV or PNG files. You can export all posts at once or apply filters based on the social channel, post type, status, author, or scheduled date before exporting.
Post details
To view detailed information about a post, click the required post in the Posts tab. The following sections are shown on the post details page:
- Post Details – View the post content, caption, likes and comments for the selected post.
- Post Statistics – Analyze the performance of your post using detailed metrics such as reactions, engagements, impressions, reach, video views, and audience insights. The available metrics vary depending on the social network.
- URL Statistics – Track the performance of URLs included in your post with metrics such as clicks, audience location, and device usage. These insights help you measure campaign performance and optimize your marketing strategy.
