Interact with your audience on LinkedIn Page
Reaching out to a brand on social media via direct messages proves to be one of the best ways in which you can connect or get your queries answered, and build a relationship. LinkedIn Pages Messaging allows brands to connect with their prospects and also offer a direct channel for customers or any LinkedIn member to reach out to your brand.
Enabling messages in LinkedIn Company Page
To start receiving messages on your LinkedIn company page, the Page Admin has to enable messages from the Inbox Settings.
To enable messages
- Go to your LinkedIn page and select Inbox.
- Click More > Inbox Settings and toggle the Message button On.

- Click Save.
Interacting from Zoho Social
Once your LinkedIn Company Page is integrated with Zoho Social, you can go ahead and start responding to messages from the Messages tab or the Inbox tab.

Note:
- To send messages, the Team Member from Zoho Social should have either Super Admin or Content Admin access in LinkedIn Company Page.
- Only the messages from the last 60 days will be displayed due to API limitations.
To respond from the Messages tab
- Go to the Messages tab and select the LinkedIn Company Page icon.
You will see a list of all your messages. - Select a chat to read the message, type your response, and hit Reply.

To respond from the Inbox tab
- Go to Inbox tab and select the LinkedIn Company Page icon.
- Select a message and type your response. You can also click Zia to help generate a reply or rephrase your content.

- Click Post.
Assigning messages to your team members
Zoho Social lets you assign the messages received from the LinkedIn Company Page to a DRI in your team. You can either do this manually for each interaction or setup Assignment Rules to automate the process.
To assign interactions manually
- Go to Inbox tab and select the LinkedIn Company Page icon.
- Go to the message and click the Assignee drop down list to select a team member.

To assign interactions automatically
- Go to Settings > Inbox Preferences > Automation.
- Click + Create New Rule.
- Enter a Rule Name and Description.
- Select rule criteria as Channel is LinkedIn Company Page from the drop down list.
- Select the Team Member from the Assign Interaction to drop down list.

- Click Save.
