Timely responses to messages can be very useful in building a good relationship with your customers. People usually message a business privately when they have questions or complaints, or when they want to partner with that business. Zoho Social displays messages from Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bluesky, so you'll never miss anything that comes into your social inboxes. You'll see all the details about the person interacting with you and any history of interactions with them. You can also save personal info, like email addresses, phone numbers, or anything the users share with you here.
Click the Messages tab on the top panel. You'll see the private messages sent to your Brand's Facebook Page, X Profile, Instagram Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, and Bluesky profile. If you want to view messages for a particular social channel, click All from the drop-down menu and select the channel to filter for. The messages you send can include text, images, emojis, as well as audio and video messages depending on the social channel.
When you're viewing a message from a Connection, you will be able to view more information about them, and their past interactions with your brand on the right side of your screen. If they have messaged you on X, you will also be able to view their recent posts.

- The format of the video file can be 'quicktime', 'mov' or mp4' for Facebook, Instagram, and X.
- The format of the audio file can be 'wav', or 'mp4' for Facebook and Instagram.
- The size for the audio and video files can be up to 25 MB for Facebook and Instagram and up to 512 MB for X.
- The audio message can be recorded for up to a duration of 2 minutes from the Messages tab for Facebook and Instagram.
