Helps you craft quick and personalized responses while chatting with your customers. Whether you're replying to a question or following up on a conversation, Zia suggests human-like, relevant replies that match your tone and context. This makes your interactions feel more natural and engaging.
Now, let's check out how we can generate content and reply to inbox with Zia.
To generate content and publish using Compose with Zia
- Click the New Post button to access Social's compose window.
- Click Compose with Zia to access Zia.
- Click the category drop-down and choose what type of content you're working on. You can create social media posts, hashtags, and captions for Instagram, as well as X threads. You can also rephrase the content and choose the category accordingly.

- Select your preferred tone (e.g., happy, sad, or angry) and language from the dropdown menus. You can generate content based on these preferences to match your brand's voice and context.
- Enter your prompt in the text box.
- Tick the check box if you want to include images in your post.

- Click Generate to generate the suggestions.
- Click Add to Compose to add them to the compose window.
- Click Regenerate if you would like to regenerate content and see different variations.
- Click Post Now to post the content as it is. You can also choose to edit the content as you wish, and save it as a draft or schedule it for publishing later.

To reply to an inbox interaction using Zia
- Click on the interaction you want to respond to.
- Click to reply, comment ,or rephrase content using Zia.

- Enter a suitable prompt
- Select your preferred tone and language from the drop-down menus to craft personalised replies while interacting with customers, ensuring consistency and relevance in every conversation.
- Click Generate to generate the content.

- Click Regenerate if you want to see some more variations of the content.
- Click Add to Reply to add the content to your reply/comment.Note: Image category is not available for the inbox reply.
