Exporting Posts

All the scheduled, drafts, unpublished, and posts awaiting approval in Zoho Social can be exported as a PDF and CSV file. This helps you share the content calendar with your clients, partners, or stakehoders and give them the complete picture of what's going to be the next set of engagements planned for the various social media channels.
 
You can either choose to export all posts at once or apply different filters based on the channel, post type, status, author, or scheduled date.

Feature Availability
The post exporting feature is available in the Premium, Agency, and Agency Plus plans.


Export as CSV file
The exported file will contain information such as the scheduled date and time, caption, Google My Business button, along with the URL, and media files. This exported file will come in handy when you would like to publish a similar post on a different date and time, or for a different brand, using Bulk Scheduler

Export as a PDF file
The exported PDF file includes complete details of the post, such as the date it was created or scheduled, the post status (approved, rejected, unpublished draft, scheduled), the creator, and the channels it is published on. This gives you a complete overview of your posts in a format that is easy to understand.

To export posts
  1.  Go to the Posts tab 
  2.  Click on the Export button in the top right corner.
  3.  Select the appropriate option to export as a PDF or CSV file 



  4.  Choose the channels and date range from the dropdown
  5.  Click Export 



  6. Alternatively, you can also select posts manually one by one and click the Export button.



  7. If you are exporting a single post, hover over the post, click the three dots, and select "Export as PDF."
