Post documents and convert images to PDF on LinkedIn

By sharing documents in any of the permissible formats allowed on social networks, you can ensure that the file size is always optimum, and you can maintain consistent formatting across the document, making it easy to print it for any official purposes.
With this feature on Zoho Social, you will be able to share information in any of these widely supported file formats - DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, and PDF to your LinkedIn audience. Additionally, you can also combine multiple images into a single, organized PDF document, making it easier to manage and share.

Zylker Travels, a travel agency, is recruiting people for their team. To make their post on LinkedIn appealing and attractive, they have added some images of the workplace, employee testimonials, the job profile that they are looking for, and images from company events. They have compiled all this information as a PDF and posted it on LinkedIn. It looks great, and the organization makes it easy for candidates to review and apply.
Zylker Cafe and Bakery recently announced that they'll be sharing their customers' favorite fudgy brownie recipe with their social audience, as part of their anniversary celebrations. Using the 'Convert to document' feature on Zoho Social, the team easily added an image of the dish, the recipe, and a customer's review about the dish. They also converted all these images into a shareable PDF for their LinkedIn audience.
Feature Availability
You can upload documents and convert images into a document for LinkedIn if you're on any of the paid plans: Standard, Professional, Premium, Agency, and Agency Plus editions.
To upload a document or convert images into a document and post to LinkedIn
- Click New Post in the top-right corner of your Social dashboard to start composing a post.
- Choose the desired network as LinkedIn.
- Click the Media icon to attach the document directly in the formats DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, or PDF, either from your Desktop, Canva, or Cloud Picker.
a. Alternatively, you can attach images from the Desktop, Media Library, Cloud Picker or Canva.
b. Clickto convert the images into a PDF.
c. View the selected images in the pop-up and switch the toggle to continue with the conversion, and click Save. - Add a Title for your document and preview it before you post.
- Attach a relevant caption to your document.
- Click Post Now to publish immediately, or schedule the post to go live later using any of the available scheduling options.
- The document can't exceed 300 pages and a file size of 100 MB.
- You can attach only one document to a post.
