1. Upload an image
   This option lets you upload an image from your Desktop, Media Library, or a Cloud Picker, such as Zoho WorkDrive, Google Drive, box, OneDrive, or Dropbox. You can also design an image from Canva. You can upload up to 10 images at a time and publish. 
   
   
2. Create a story from scratch
   This option lets you create a story on a blank canvas by selecting an appropriate background color or image. You can also add text or stickers, apply filters, and adjust image composition, such as brightness, contrast, saturation, and more.
   
   

Note

1. Update the Zoho Social mobile application to the latest version from the Play Store or App Store before creating Stories from the web application. 
   

To create an Instagram story

1. Click the drop-down next to New Post and select Instagram Story.
   
   
2. To upload an image, do the following:
   
1. Click Upload and select an option from the drop-down list to add the images.
   
2. Click Attach.
3. To create an image from scratch, do the following:
   
1. Click Create.
2. Select an appropriate background color and click Upload a Photo to add an image. 
   
   
3. Click the Text icon to add text to the story.
   
   
4. Add stickers, apply filters, and adjust image composition as required, then click Save.
   
4. Hover over the image and click the Preview icon to view how the story will appear on Instagram.
   
   
5. Select the Text ()icon to add a caption to the story and click Add.
   
   
6. Select the Edit () icon to customize your image and click Save.
   
7. Select the appropriate publishing option and click Post Now or Schedule. 
   
   

1. Select the Instagram channel icon and tap New Post  button.
   
2. Select Create Story.
   
3. Capture an image or select an image from the gallery.
   You can also select Create option to create a story from scratch.
   
   
4. Choose from various list of tools available to customize your image and hit Save.
   
   
5. Tap the Preview icon to view how the story will appear on Instagram.
   
   
6. Select the Text icon to add a caption to the story and click Save.
   
7. Select the Edit icon to customize your image and click Save.
   
8. Tap Next.
   
9. Select the appropriate publishing option.
   
   

Publishing your story on Instagram

Note

1. Make sure that the notifications are enabled in your Zoho Social mobile app to publish stories on Instagram manually.

1. Open the Zoho Social mobile app and go to Publishing Notifications ().
   
2. Select the notification to publish a story on your Instagram account. Make sure you are logged in to Instagram with the appropriate account. 
   
   
3. Tap Open Instagram button.
   
   
4. Select Copy Content and add it to the relevant stories.
   
5. Customize the story and hit Share once ready.

View stories created from Social

1. Go to the Posts tab and select the Instagram channel.
   
2. Select the Stories () icon to view all the stories.
   
3. Select Promoted Posts, Scheduled Posts, Approvals, Unpublished posts, or Drafts.
   
4. Click the Calendar icon to view the publishing calendar.
