Publishing from Zoho Social mobile application
You can currently publish posts from your Zoho Social Android and iOS applications to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Mastodon, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Threads and Bluesky, and stories to Facebook and Instagram.
- Click the Compose icon on your Social dashboard to start drafting a post.
- To mention a page or profile, you can use the '@' symbol in the caption and type the exact username of the profile.
- Select the desired channels that you want to post to.
- Click the Media icon to attach images or video either from your camera or gallery.
- Add a relevant caption to your post.
- Click the Hashtag groups icon to attach hashtags groups to your caption. You can also create new hashtag groups directly from here.
- Click Next to proceed to other posting options.

- Click Alt text to add alternative text to your image on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Mastodon and Bluesky.
- Click Location to add a location to your posts on Facebook and Instagram.
- Click First Comment to add a first comment to your Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn post from both Android and iOS applications, and to YouTube from your iOS mobile application.
- Click GMB Button to add a button to your GMB post.

- Click Tag users and Collaborate to tag or collaborate with users on Instagram.

- Click anywhere on the image to tag users, and enter the exact username.

- Click Invite collaborators to invite people as collaborators, and enter the exact username.

- Click Done.
- If you're posting a video to YouTube, click YouTube Video Options.
- Add a Title, Description for the video.
- Choose the Visibility of the video as private, public or unlisted.
- Select the Category that the video will come under.
- Add relevant Tags for the video.
- Click Done.

- Click the toggle next to Send for approval to send the post for approval to all the approvers in the brand.
- Click Next to proceed to publish the post or send it for approval. You can either publish the post immediately by clicking Publish Now, or you can use any of the scheduling options like Custom Schedule, SmartQ, CustomQ. You can also save it as a draft by clicking Save as Draft.
If you're sending the post for approval, you can also choose to proceed without scheduling and the post will be published once it is approved by the approvers.
