Associate/Trash a Note

How to associate a note to a contact or a task on iOS

Open the note.
Click Associate at the bottom of the note.

Choose between Contact and Task.

Click on the contact or the task to which the note needs to be associated.

How to associate a note to a contact or a task on Android

Open the note.
Click Associate To at the bottom of the note.

Click the filter option at the top-right corner.
Choose between Contact and Task.

Click on the contact or task to which the note needs to be associated.

How to trash a note on iOS

A note can be trashed in two ways on iOS:

Swipe left on the note

Open Notes Module from the Tools in the homescreen.
From the list of notes, swipe left on the note that needs to be trashed.

Click Trash.

Inside the note

Open the note.
Click Trash at the bottom-right corner.

Click Move to Trash.

How to trash a note on Android

A note can be trashed in two ways on Android:

Long press on the note

Open Notes Module from the Settings icon in the homescreen.
From the list of notes, long press on the note that needs to be trashed. You can select more than one note.
Click Trash at the top-right corner.

Click Trash in the pop-up alert.

Inside the note

Open the note.
Click the three dots at the top-right corner.

Click Trash.
Click Trash in the pop-up alert.
