Files in Zoho Solo

How to add Files in Zoho Solo on iOS

Store all your business files in one place. From client contracts and proposals to receipts and invoices, upload and organize your documents in Zoho Solo for quick access whenever you need them.

Files can be added in four ways:
 
  1. Through the Files module
  2. Through the + icon on the home screen
  3. Inside a contact
  4. Inside a task
 
To add files through the Files module 
  1. Tap on Files under Tools in the bottom-left corner of the homescreen.
  2. Tap New File if no files have been added yet, then choose an upload option (explained at the end of this article). If files already exist, tap the + icon at the bottom and then select an upload option.
 
To add files through the + icon on the homescreen 
  1. Tap the + icon on the homescreen.
  2. Tap Files and choose an upload option.
 
To add files inside a contact 
  1. Open the contact you want to add the files to.
  2. Tap the + icon at the bottom-right corner.
  3. Tap Add File and then select an upload option.  
 
To add files inside a  task
  1. Open the task you want to add the files to.
  2. Tap the + icon at the bottom-right corner.
  3. Tap Add File and then select an upload option.

 Scan Documents: Use your phone's camera to scan physical documents and upload them directly to Zoho Solo as digital files.
 Upload Files: Select files that are already stored on your device and add them to Zoho Solo for easy access and organization.
 Choose Photo: Pick images from your phone's gallery and upload them to Zoho Solo to keep them along with your business records.
 Take Photo: Capture new photos using your phone's camera and upload them instantly to Zoho Solo for quick documentation.
