Setup, edit, and delete payment gateways

Payment gateways enable smooth transaction of payments. Solo has multiple payment gateways based on country. Once the payment gateways are set up in the settings, you will have options to choose from the list of payment methods while creating an invoice.

Set up payment gateway: 

  1. For iOS: Go to Settings > Payments > Payment Gateway > Set up (choose the preferred payment method before clicking Set up).
  2. For Android: Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the homescreen and click Settings > Payment Gateway > Set up (choose the preferred payment method before clicking Set up).
 
  1. Fill in the required details and set up the account. Details may vary for different payment methods.

It is recommended that you have multiple choices of payment gateways, providing your customers with various options for sending payments, ensuring a seamless transaction on both sides. Once the payment options are set in the Payment Gateway section, you will see those options listed while creating an invoice.
 
Payment gateways set up in Solo can also be edited and deleted.
 

Edit payment gateway: 

For iOS: Go to Settings > Payments > Payment Gateway > Edit (below each gateway that is set up).
For Android: Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the homescreen and click Settings > Payment Gateway > Edit (below each gateway that is set up).
 

Delete payment gateway on iOS: 

Swipe left on the configured payment gateway that needs to be removed and click Delete.

Delete payment gateway on Android:  

  1. Click Edit below the configured payment gateway that needs to be removed.
  2. Click the delete icon in the top-right corner of the page.
