Sort Expense
Sort expense with Title, Amount, and Modified Date.
To sort expense on iOS:
- Click the Settings Icon in the bottom-left corner of the homescreen.
- Go to the Expense module.
- In the top-right corner, click the three dots ... and click Sort By.
- Choose the option to sort from the given list: Title, Amount, or Modified date.
- Click Done.
Expenses will be listed based on the sort option.
To sort an expense on Android:
- Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the homescreen.
- Go to the Expense module.
- In the top-right corner, click the three dots and click Sort.
- Choose the option to sort from the given list: Title, Amount, or Modified date.
- Click Done.
Expenses will be listed based on the sort option.
Edit Expense
To edit an expense on iOS:
- Open the expense that needs editing.
- Click Edit at the bottom.
- Edit the details and click Done.
To edit an expense on Android:
- Open the expense that needs editing.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the page.
- Click Edit.
- Edit the details and click Done.
Delete Expense
An expense can be deleted in two ways on both iOS and Android devices.
To delete an expense on iOS:
Swipe the expense to the left and click Trash.
or
Open an expense, and click Trash at the bottom-right corner of the page.
To delete an expense on Android:
Press and hold the expense that needs to be deleted and click Trash at the top of the page.
or
Open an expense, click the three dots at the top-right corner of the page, and click Trash.
Create an invoice for an Expense
To create an invoice for an expense on iOS:
- Open the expense to be invoiced.
- Click Invoice at the bottom-left corner of the page and start creating an invoice.
To create an invoice for an expense on Android:
- Open the expense to be invoiced.
- Click the three dots at the top-right corner of the page and click Create Invoice to start creating an invoice.
