Forgot Password

Reset your Solo password and regain full access to your account right from the login screen. You'll need to sign in to your registered email address to receive an OTP from Solo. 

To reset your password on iOS, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Solo app.
  2. Click Sign in.

  1. Enter your email address or mobile number > Click Next.
  2. Click Forgot Password just below the password field.

  1. Enter the CAPTCHA > Click Next.
  2. Click Send OTP. A One-time password will be sent to your registered email address.

  1. Enter the one-time password > Click Verify.

  1. Enter a new password and confirm the password > Click Change Password.

  1. Now, enter the new password on the login screen and you will be able to sign in to Solo.

To reset your password on Android, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Solo app.
  2. Click Sign in.

  1. Enter your email address or mobile number > Click Next.
  2. Click Forgot Password just below the password field.

  1. Enter the CAPTCHA > Click Next.
  2. Click Send OTP. A one-time password will be sent to your registered email address.

  1. Enter the one-time password > Click Verify.

  1. Enter your new password and confirm the password > Click Change Password.

  1. Now, enter the new password on the login screen and you will be able to sign in to Solo.
