How to mark Items Available/Unavailable in Zoho Solo on Android
Items can be marked available/unavailable in three ways:
- By long pressing on an item
- Inside an item
To mark items available/unavailable by long pressing on them
- Press and hold the item whose status needs to be changed. You can also choose more items or choose all the items by tapping the Select All option under the three dots in the top-right corner of the page.
- Tap the three dots again and choose the status option between Mark as Available and Mark as Unavailable.
To mark items available/unavailable from the item info page
- Tap the item whose status needs to be changed.
- On the item info page, tap Edit.
- Toggle the Available option at the bottom to update the status.
- Tap Done in the top-right corner of the page.
You can hide the unavailable items from the list by choosing the Hide Unavailable Items option from the More menu.
