You can cancel your Zoho Solo subscription at any time during the active subscription period. Cancellation can be done directly through the App Store or Play Store.
Info: Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it will not renew.
To cancel subscription on iOS from the App Store
Go to phone Settings and tap on the profile name.
Tap Subscriptions.
From the list of all the subscribed apps, tap Zoho Solo.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
To cancel subscription on Android from the Play Store
Go to Play Store and tap on the profile name.
Tap Payments and subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
From the list of all the subscribed apps, tap on Zoho Solo.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
