Enable and disable Passcode Lock

Passcode lock is an additional security feature provided in Solo. Once signed in to Solo, the passcode lock can be enabled and disabled manually in settings. Once Passcode lock is enabled, you will be asked to enter the code each time you open Solo.
 

To set up Passcode Lock on iOS: 

  1. Go to Settings in the top-left corner of the homescreen.
  2. Click Privacy and Security.

  1. Under Security, click Passcode Lock.
               
  1. Enable Turn Passcode On.
                
  1. Enter a 4-digit passcode.
                  
  1. Re-enter the passcode.
  2. Create a passcode hint, then click Done.
 

The passcode lock will be activated. To apply the passcode lock on Solo, you will need to enable the app lock option.
 
Turn on Enable app lock below the Turn Passcode On option and set the auto-lock timing.
 
                   
Once enabled, you will need to enter the passcode every time you open Solo.
 

To set up Passcode Lock on Android: 

  1. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the homescreen.

  1. Go to Settings.
            
  1. Click Privacy and Security.
              
  1. Under Security, click Passcode Lock.
               
  1. Enable Turn Passcode On.
                
  1. Choose between the type of code between 4-digit, 6-digit, custom numeric, or alphanumeric.
               
  1. If you have chosen the 4-digit numeric code option, enter a 4-digit passcode.
                  
  1. Re-enter the passcode.
  2. Create a passcode hint, then click Save.
                   
 
The passcode lock will be activated. You will need to enter the passcode every time you open Solo.

  1. You can enable Face ID and unlock Solo with Face ID (only on iOS devices)
  2. You can also change the passcode
All the options mentioned above are accessible in the Passcode Lock screen within Settings, located just below the option to enable Passcode.
