Sending feedback to the Solo team


Easily send your feedback about Solo directly with our team from within the app. Whether it's an issue you're facing or just something you'd like to share, you can even attach files to help us understand better. We'll take care of the rest to improve your experience.

The information you provide is strictly limited to the app's performance and functionality. We do not access or collect any personal or business data. Your privacy remains our top priority.


To send feedback to the Solo team on iOS:  

  1. Go to the Profile icon in the top-left corner of the homescreen.
  2. Go to Feedback.
  3. Write your feedback, attach any documents, and click Send.
 
 

To send feedback to the Solo team on Android: 

  1. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the homescreen.
  2. Go to Help & Feedback > Feedback.
  3. Write your feedback, attach any documents, and click Send.
