Sending reports to the Solo team

The usage report and crash report options provide insights into the overall performance of the application, helping us enhance your experience.

These reports are anonymously received by the Solo team and strictly limited to the app's performance and functionality. We do not access or collect any personal or business data. Your privacy remains our top priority.

To turn the usage and crash report on or off on iOS:

Go to the Profile icon in the top-left corner of the homescreen.
Go to Privacy and Security.
Choose On/Off for "Send Usage Report" and "Send Crash Report."

To turn the usage and crash report on or off on Android:

Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the homescreen.
Go to Settings > Privacy and Settings.
Choose On/OFF for "Send Usage Report" and "Send Crash Report."
