Custom Mail Templates

Custom Mail Templates let you edit and customize the emails generated by Zoho Sprints when a particular action takes place.

Availability : Premier Plan

Accessibility : Profiles with Automation permission.

To customize an email template,

Go to Setup and click Custom Mail Templates under Automation .
Click the template to be modified.
Customize the subject and include additional info by using placeholders from Insert Placeholders .
Customize the content of the mail and include additional using the Insert Placeholders option.
Click Update to save these changes.

Note :

You can also format the mail content and include pictures, quotes, et cetera by using the options on the toolbar.
You can only customize the emails of the actions listed under Template Name .
