Installing the App

1. Go to Settings and click All under Marketplace.  
   
2. Select Approval Tracker for Zoho Sprints.
   
3. Click Install on the following page.
   
4. Select the projects and set the accessibility for the users.  
   
5. Click Install Now.  
   
6. After the installation, go to the Authorization tab.  
   
7. Click Authorize to grant access.  
   
8. Click Accept to authorize the app.
   

Installing this app will create a multi-user custom field called Approvers in the Work Item layouts. Users will not be able to create another field with the same name.

Submitting an Entry for Approval

1. Navigate to a project and click on a work item (either in the backlog or sprint).
   
2. Click on the Approval Tracker extension from the right panel.
   
3. Click Add Approval.
   
4. Enter the details and click Add.
   The approver will receive a notification. Approvers can also see the request from the item details page.
   
   

Approving an Entry

1. Navigate to a project and click on a work item (either in the backlog or sprint).
   
2. Click on the Approval Tracker extension from the right panel.
   First time users will need to authorize the extension.
   
3. Click on Approve or Reject as per requirement.
   
   

Editing an Approval Entry

1. Navigate to a project and click on a work item (either in the backlog or sprint).
   
2. Click on the Approval Tracker extension from the right panel.
   
3. Hover over an entry and click the <edit icon>.
