Zoho Analytics integration

One can oversee the course of a business and forecast its future with a wide range of detailed reports. Besides the inbuilt reports, you can now generate customized reports by integrating Zoho Sprints account with Zoho Analytics.

Enable the integration

  1. Go to the Setup icon on the top right corner and click Zoho under Marketplace.
  2. Click Configure in Zoho Analytics.
  3. Select your Zoho Analytics organization and a workspace. Create a workspace if you don't have one already.
  4. Click Proceed.
  5. Select the projects to be synced with Zoho Analytics.
  6. Check the respective option if you'd like to automatically sync new projects and retain the archived ones.
  7. Choose the modules and fields to be synced.
  8. Schedule your sync if required.
  9. Click Create.
You can update these preferences anytime. A maximum of 5 syncs is allowed between a scheduled sync.

Note:
  1. Only a workspace owner and the admin user can enable and update the integration. However, the user should have the required permission in the Analytics org as well to configure the integration.
  2. The data in the PII/Encrypted fields will be shared with Zoho Analytics. Kindly check the privacy policy of Zoho Analytics for further details.
  3. Click the Reconfigure button in case you associate the wrong workspace/org.

Creating customized reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics 

To create a customized report,  
  1. Go to Zoho Analytics.
  2. Click +Create and select Chart/Pivot/Summary/Tabular View .
  3. Choose the module for which you'd like to generate the report.
  4. Drag and drop the preferred fields.
  5. Click the View Design on top to see how your report looks like.
  6. Provide a title for your report and click the Save option.


Access the reports in Zoho Sprints

  1. Sign in to Zoho Sprints.
  2. Click the Zoho Analytics option on the left panel. The reports are available here.

Create customized dashboard

 To create a customized Dashboard,  
  1. Go to Zoho Analytics .
  2. Click +Create and select Dashboard .
  3. Drag and drop the required reports under each view.
  4. Enable Add User filters if you'd like to add filters.
  5. Provide a title to your dashboard and click the Save option. 



These customized Dashboards will be available under the Dashboard module in Zoho Analytics  

Updating the integration 

You can update your integration preferences whenever required.
  1. Go to the Setup icon on the top right corner and click Zoho under Marketplace .
  2. Click Zoho Analytics .
  3. Make the necessary changes and click Update .

View on Analytics

 Navigate to the advanced reports option on the Dashboard page to access these customized dashboards in Zoho Analytics 


Disable the integration

To disable this integration, you will need to delete the workspace from Zoho Analytics 
  1. Go to Zoho Analytics and click Home on the top left corner.
  2. Hover over the workspace to be deleted and click More Actions.
  3. Select Delete Workspace.
