Import data from Zoho Projects
- The Team Owner in Sprints must also be the Portal Owner in Zoho Projects to import projects.
- You can import up to 5 projects at a time.
- Teams in the Free plan will be moved to a Trial plan with 100 user limit for a period of 15 days when they use the import function. After 15 days the team will be moved to the Free plan and the additional users will be deactivated.
Import Projects
- Click
on the upper-right corner of the top navigation band.
- Click Zoho Projects under Imports in the left panel.
Agree to the terms and conditions and then click Authorize and then click Accept to allow Zoho Sprints to pull data from Zoho Projects, if not done already. - Select a Zoho Projects portal from the drop-down.
- Select a status (Active, Archived, Template) and then select projects.
You can select up to 5 projects at a time.
We support Active, Archived Projects, and Project Templates. - Click Import.
You will receive an email and a notification in the app once the import is completed. - The imported projects can be accessed from the Projects tab in Zoho Sprints.
