Presentations play a vital role in meetings, but preparing them would consume a lot time, because you need to acquire the accurate info, put them in a perfect order and make sure they're contextual. Our Zoho Show extension will help you to achieve this. Zoho Show automatically pulls the required data from Zoho Sprints to create presentations, thereby saving a lot of time.
Add Zoho Sprint add on
To add the Zoho Sprints add-on in Zoho Show:
- Click Add Ons on top and go to Add On Store.
- Go to Zoho Sprints for Zoho Show and click Install.
- Check the authorization text and click Allow.
- Click Proceed to authenticate your Zoho Sprints account.
- Choose your team from the dropdown and start creating presentations.
Serena has to prepare a presentation on the bugs that were fixed in the product. Since she has already installed Zoho Sprints extension in her Zoho Show account, she navigates to the All Work Items card under Projects , chooses the required options and clicks Create to create a presentation in no time. She did not spend hours collecting the data and putting them in order.
To create a presentation:
- Hover over any one of the cards and click Choose Card.
- Choose the required options in the drop downs and click Create.
- All the selected information appears on the slides.
Card Details
Here's what you will see in each card once you click the Choose Card button.
Sprint Details
- Select one project.
- Select a sprint.
- Select one or more charts from the Select Chart drop-down and click Apply.
- Enable Show Details if you would like to display the sprint details on the slide.
Sprint Work Items
- Select the required project.
- Select a sprint
- Choose the status you'd like to display on the card and click Apply.
- Select the priorities and click Apply.
- Choose the item types and click Apply.
- Click Create.
Project Details
- Select a project.
- Select the required charts and click Apply.
- Enable Show Details if you would like to display the project details on the slide.
- Click Create.
All Work Items
- Select a view type.
- Choose a view option.
- Select the work items of the projects you'd like to display and click Apply.
- Click Create.
Epic Details
- Select a project.
- Select an epic.
- Enable Show Sprints in Card to display the sprints along with the epics.
- If you'd like to see the progress of each sprint and the whole epic, enable Show Progress bar in Card.
- Click Create.
Epic List
- Choose a project.
- Select the type of epic and click Create.
Project Users List
- Select the project and enable Show User Roles & Profiles to display each user's role and his/her profile on the slide.
- Click Create.
Project User Details
- Select a project.
- Choose a user.
- Select the charts to be displayed and click Apply.
- Enable Show Details to display the user details on the slide.
- If you'd like to show the users' roles and profiles on the slide, enable Show User Roles & Profiles and click Create.
Sprint Users List
- Choose a project.
- Select a sprint and enable Show User Roles & Profiles to display each user's role and his/her profile on the slide.
- Click Create.
Sprint User Details
- Select a sprint and choose a user.
- Select the charts to be displayed and click Apply.
- Enable Show Details to display the user details on the slide.
- If you'd like to show the users' roles and profiles on the slide, enable Show User Roles & Profiles and click Create.
Release Details
- Choose a project and a release.
- Enable Show Sprints in Card to display the sprints on the slide.
- If you'd like to see the progress of each sprint and the whole release, enable Show Progressbar in Card and click Create.
