You can update these preferences anytime. A maximum of 5 syncs is allowed between a scheduled sync.
Note:
- Only a team owner can enable and update the integration.
- The data in the PII/Encrypted fields will be shared with Zoho Analytics. Kindly check the privacy policy of Zoho Analytics for further details.
- Click the Reconfigure button in case you associate the wrong workspace/org.
- Supported in JP DC.
Creating customized reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics
To create a customized report,
- Go to Zoho Analytics.
- Click +Create and select Chart/Pivot/Summary/Tabular View .
- Choose the module for which you'd like to generate the report.
- Drag and drop the preferred fields.
- Click the View Design on top to see how your report looks like.
- Provide a title for your report and click the Save option.
You can click the
Analytics Report option in the
Reports section to view your customized reports.
To create a customized Dashboard,
- Go to Zoho Analytics .
- Click +Create and select Dashboard .
- Drag and drop the required reports under each view.
- Enable Add User filters if you'd like to add filters.
- Provide a title to your dashboard and click the Save option.
These customized
Dashboards will be available under the
Dashboard module in
Zoho Analytics .
Updating the Integration
You can update your integration preferences whenever required.
- Go to the Setup icon on the top right corner and click Zoho under Marketplace .
- Click Zoho Analytics .
- Make the necessary changes and click Update .
Global View
Tap the
Global Vie w icon on the top right corner to view all the dashboards and reports in
Zoho Analytics .
Navigate to the advanced reports option on the
Dashboard page to access these customized dashboards in
Zoho Analytics .
Disabling the integration
To disable this integration, you will need to delete the workspace from
Zoho Analytics . To do so,
- Go to Zoho Analytics and click Home on the top left corner.
- Hover over the workspace to be deleted and click More Actions .
- Select Delete Workspace .
