Permission Sets

Once you click a profile, you will be presented with all the modules in Zoho Sprints. You can choose to permit or restrict the access to every feature. Users will be granted access based on the permissions enabled in their profile.

Click Associate Users to associate users to that profile. Each section's permission levels will be available on the graph on the top right corner of each section.

You can check the permissions of each profile by clicking the Permission Helper .

Org Permissions

Manage Team Settings	User has access to Team URL settings, Team Owner, Profile, Working hours, Timesheet settings, email notifications and other account settings
Manage Webhooks	User has access to create and manage webhooks
Manage Project Group	User has access to club projects of the same type
View/Create Project Template	User has access to view the existing project templates and create new ones
Manage Roles and Profiles	Users can create and assign new/existing roles and profiles
Manage User Groups	Users can club users/profiles/roles of the same type.
Manage Item Custom Fields	Users can add customized fields for work items
Manage ItemTag	Users can set item tags
Manage ItemLink	Users can link work items that are related to each other
Manage Exports	Users can export the data from Zoho Sprints

Active Projects

Add		Users can add new projects

Reorder	Users can change the order of the projects

The settings applied in the View section will be followed for the Edit and Delete sections. If the permission has been restricted in the View section, it will be restricted in the Edit and Delete sections as well.

Archive Projects
