The team owner can configure the team settings whenever they wish to. Take a look at how you can setup your team and configure it.
You can rename your team and create the new URL.
You can select any one of the active admins in the team as your new team owner.
Only the team owner can edit the Team settings. All the other users will be able to view only the Team Profile that will contain the Team Name, Team Owner, Time Zone, and Web Address.
Team Profile
You can set your team's Timezone and add your website address here.

Strict scrum settings
Zoho Sprints has made it easy for teams that follow a strict scrum methodology. Once you choose to follow a strict scrum process, you are confined to certain limitations. Within the restricted time frame your team has to complete the sprint and deliver outcomes on time.
- Only the Admin and Team Owner can enable this setting.
- This feature is available only in our paid plans.
Here's a quick difference in the limitations between teams that follow a strict scrum vs. standard scrum process.
Enable strict scrum
- Navigate to Settings in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Other Settings from Team Settings.
- Click
in the upper-right corner.
- Toggle to select Strict Scrum .
- Click Update .
If you have enabled strict scrum settings, you cannot modify the start and end dates of an active sprint.
Work hours settings
Navigate to

Click Work hour Settings in Team Settings.
Click Edit in the upper-right corner.
Define the Date Format , Time Format , Set Work Hours , Week Days , and Week Ends .
Click Update .
You can configure the holidays of your team right here.
Click Work Hours Settings .
Select Add Holidays to your team at the bottom.
Enter the name of the holiday and pick the date.
Click Add .
Delete the holiday
You can also delete the configured holiday from your list.
Click Add Holidays from Work Hours Settings .
Choose the holiday that you want to delete.
Click

in the right corner of the holiday name.
If you are a team member you can click Show Holidays to view the list of holidays. Only Admins have the privileges to delete holidays.
Timesheet Settings
You can set up your timesheet settings and manage your billing and approval status.
Navigate to

Click Timesheet Settings from the left panel.
Select Billable or Non-billable in the Billing Status .
Select Approve or Pending in the Approval Status.
Click Update .
Advanced Timesheet Settings
The Timesheet module has been enhanced with additional settings for efficient time logging. It provides you with options to enable suitable preferences to time logging and trigger reminders to ensure that the users promptly submit their log hours.
Email Notifications
You can enable or disable the email notifications of your work item activities.
- You can access email notification only if you are on a professional plan.
- Actions: Created, Updated, and Deleted are available by default across all our plans.

- Select Email Notification from the left panel.
- View the activities of your Item and Item Comments .
- Click Edit in the upper-right corner.
- Turn On or Off to receive email notifications.

Storage
The maximum storage space of your team is 100 GB. In

Data Backup
You can take a backup of your data, anytime. Only the team owner can take a backup of the data.
Navigate to

- View Data Backup .
- Select Backup and click Yes , schedule in the pop-up.
We will schedule a backup of your data and send across an email to your registered email address.
Once the backup is successful, you will receive an email where you can find the link to download the file. The download link is password protected and it will be active only for a period of 15 days.
You are allowed to take only five backups.
Audit Log
The Audit Log lists all the actions that took place within the team in the order they were performed. You'd be able to see the data for a period of 6 months.
This option will be available only to the team owner.
Delete team
Only the team owner can delete the account.
- Navigate to

- Click Account Settings from the left panel.
- Click Delete Account .
- Copy and paste the secret key sent to your registered email address.
- Select the checkbox to confirm that the account will be deleted with your consent.
- Click Yes, delete .
- To double check that it is only you who wants to delete the account, we will send across a secret key to your registered email address. You can copy and paste the secret key in the Zoho Sprints window to delete the team.
- Deleting your team will permanently remove all the data in your team. You can take a backup before you delete your team.
- Learn more about data deletion process.
You cannot take a backup of your data once you delete your team.
Data Backup

Team users
Navigate to

Select All Users from Team Users .
You can view the details of the user, edit the role, and delete the user from your team.

Only the team owner and Admin can edit or delete the user from the team.
Deactivate users
Deactivating a user from your team or project is based on your company's work requirements and role efficiency. The deactivated user will be inactive and unable to view the assigned projects. These inactive users will be part of your team, but will not be able to access the projects until you reactivate them.
Who can deactivate users?
Only the team owner can activate or deactivate a user on the team. Other users in the team cannot activate or deactivate the team owner.
What happens when the user is deactivated?
Deactivated users will not be able to access their sprints account but can make use of the user license to add another user.
They will not be permanently deleted, but will not be able to view or access the assigned projects.
Once the user is reactivated by the team owner they will regain their access.This feature is available only for the accounts that are downgraded from the basic to free plan.

A notification mail will be sent to the user when they are deactivated from the team. In this case, the user can contact the team owner and regain access.
Deactivate a user
Navigate to

Select All Users from the left panel.
Click Activate User in the upper-left corner. You can also click Upgrade to upgrade your plan.
Enter the user name in the search field to search for a particular inactive user.
Toggle OFF to deactivate the user.

By default, we will deactivate users only based on this hierarchy ( Member > Sprint Owner > Manager > Admin) .
Only three users can be deactivated at a time.
The particular user will be deactivated from the team and will not be able to access any of the assigned projects.
View inactive users
You can view all the inactive users in your team.
Navigate to

Select All Users from the left panel.
Click All Users drop-down and select Inactive Users .
Reactivate a user
Navigate to

.
Select All Users from the left panel.
Click Activate User in the upper-right corner.
Enter the user name in the search field to search for an inactive user.
Toggle ON to activate the user.
The user will be reactivated and will be able to access any of the assigned projects.
A notification mail will be sent to the user when they are reactivated to the team. After reactivating the user, they will have access to the assigned projects in the team.
Role and status
You can also select the particular role and status of the user and activate or deactivate them.
User limit
When you receive this alert, "You've reached the user limit. Upgrade now to activate more users", you must check your plan and upgrade it to activate more users.

Based on the plan and user add-ons, the user limit will be updated for your team.
You can access the setup from any where in the product. When you click setup it opens up a pop-up to the right. And, you can select the respective settings right from the pop-up.
