Configure workspace URL, owner, and profile
Setting up your workspace is a prerequisite to start managing your projects on Zoho Sprints.

Update the basic workspace settings:
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner. The settings window will appear.
- Select URL, Owner, Profile option under Workspace Settings.
- Click the edit icon to update the workspace name. The workspace name is configured when you set up your Zoho Sprints account. This is part of the portal generated for your workspace using which you can access it.
- Change the workspace owner. Select another user to assign as owner.
- Change the timezone in which your team is functioning. The timezone setting needs to be correct because the entire application's logs, reminders, notification, etc are based on this.
- Change the web address.
- Click the Update button. The changes will be saved.

- Only the workspace owner can edit the workspace settings. All the other users will have permission only to view.
- When you update the URL, the old URL will no longer be accessible.
- Users access the old URL will automatically be redirected to the updated URL.
