Exporting Reports

Reports can now be exported in the following formats

Availability

PDF Export : All the plans

Schedule Export : All the paid plans

Role Access : All the profiles that have access to the Reports module

Schedule Export

The export can also be scheduled.

Click Schedule Export .
Choose a report.
Provide a name to the schedule.
Select the recurrence type.
Choose a date and time at which the report should be exported.
Click the Schedule button.

Notes :

A maximum of 30 schedulers can be active at the same time.
Configured holidays in the portal will be skipped.
Only PDF export can be scheduled.

Recurrence Types

There are seven recurrence types based on which you can schedule the export.

Only Once - Report is exported just once.

Daily - Report is exported on all the days at a certain time for a certain number of times.

Weekly - Report is exported every week on a particular date and for a particular number of times.

Monthly - Report is exported every month on a particular date and for a particular number of times.

Yearly - Report is exported on a particular date for a particular number of times every year.

Freddie needs to submit a monthly Timesheet report to his team. At times he forgets to download and misses to submit the report. So, he schedules the export of the Timesheet report and by this way, his Timesheet reports get automatically exported every month on a particular date and time.

Export history

Export History shows the history of the exports that have been scheduled so far. Here, you can stop an active scheduler and delete it. The exported PDF files can also be downloaded here. If the export has been scheduled multiple times, those files can be accessed by clicking the recurrence column values.
