Export log hours
You can export the logged hours from your timesheet to generate invoices for your team members. You can also export the maximum logged hours for the users in your project.
Schedule export
- Navigate to Timesheets.
- Click
in the upper-right corner.
- Select Export Timesheet.
Types of filters
You can export the log hours using the different filter types:
- Assignee
- Date
- Approval Status
- Billing Status
- Item Type
Export applied filters
You can export the work items from the filter as well.
- Select
in the upper-right corner.
- Choose the required fields and click Export in the upper-right corner to directly export the applied filter.
(or)
- Choose the required fields.
- Select Apply Filter.
- Click
- Select Export and view the applied filter fields in your export pop-up. (Select additional fields, if required).
- Click Export.
How to export?
- Click Timesheets from the left panel.
- Select
- Select Export Timesheet.
- Choose the File Format, Group By, Recurrence Type, and Occurrences.
- Click
to scroll to the left and right to select the required fields.
- Choose Export.
- You can select only up to 10 filter fields in the export pop-up.
- Only the Admin can export all the log hours regardless of the sprint.
- The Sprint Owner can export the log hours for the sprint assigned to them.
- Members can export only their own log hours.
Email notificaiton
Once you click export, your export will be scheduled and you will be notified via email. You have 15 days to download the exported file from the email.
Export History
Use export history to keep track of all the completed exports and the active exports in your project.
- Click Timesheets on the left panel.
- Select
- Select Export History.
You can also access the Export History in the upper-right corner of the export pop-up.
Completed Export lists the Date, Time, File Name of your export. View the export details and, if applicable, the recurrence details of the file.
Active Scheduler lists all the files that are active and scheduled for export. To download the file, click on it or select the download icon in the right corner.
Zoho Sprints will not allow any harmful information or data into your exported files. As a precaution to get rid of unwanted security threats, you can take a look at the warning from the MS Excel.
