Upgrade your plan

Go to your account on the top right corner and click
Subscription.

Click
Show Features & Add-Ons
to see what each plan offers

Click
Upgrade
under the preferred plan.

Choose
Yearly
or
Monthly
based on your preference.

Enter the number of users required.
-
Fill in the ADD-ONS if required.
-
Enter the
Billing Details
in the following screen and click
Proceed
.
- Click Calculate Tax for tax calculation and click Make Payment when you get the final amount.
Upgrade Add-Ons

Go to your account on the top right corner and click
Subscription
.

Click
Upgrade Add-Ons
.

Enter the details and click
Proceed
.
Update Payment details
- Go to your account on the top right corner and click Subscription .

Click
Change Payment Method
.

Choose your payment option and make the changes.
- Click Update .
Update Billing Address
- Go to your account on the top right corner and click Subscription .

Click Change Address .
- Go to Billing Address & Other Info and click Change to edit.
- Click Update when you're done .
View transaction details
You can view your payment history and download the invoices from Zoho Sprints.

Go to your account on the top right corner and click Subscription .

Click
Payment History.

Select
Your Store Details
and click
Transaction
Details
. (or) Select
Payment
History
in
Recurring
On
.
- View all the payment details and you can also download the PDF of the required invoice in the Invoice column.
