FAQ on Removing Users From Your Zoho Survey Departments

Can I remove a user from one of my departments?

You can remove users from your departments.
  1. Navigate to Setup in your Zoho Survey account.
  2. Click Department Users.
  3. Hover over each member in your department and click Remove.
You can also remove users from your portals, or choose to keep their status active or inactive. 
  1. Navigate to Setup in your Zoho Survey account.
  2. Click Portal Users.
  3. Click  and select the action as appropriate.
Note
You can also click Edit and select X against the department from which you want to remove a user.
