Can I remove a user from one of my departments?
You can remove users from your departments.
- Navigate to Setup in your Zoho Survey account.
- Click Department Users.
- Hover over each member in your department and click Remove.
You can also remove users from your portals, or choose to keep their status active or inactive.
- Navigate to Setup in your Zoho Survey account.
- Click Portal Users.
- Click
and select the action as appropriate.

You can also click Edit and select X against the department from which you want to remove a user.
