Is there a way to choose emails from Zoho CRM to send out surveys?

You can use the integration with Zoho CRM to send the surveys directly from within the CRM account. Perform the following steps:
  1. Connect your Zoho Survey app with Zoho CRM on the Zoho CRM Set up page.
  2. Create an email template for adding the survey link.
  3. Use the mass email option or workflow, or you can choose the records manually.
  4. Send the survey using the email template you created. You'll have the survey link added there. Read more here.
