Both applications support CRM integrations. However, using Zoho Campaigns, you can sync your contacts with Zoho CRM and send out the survey to your entire mailing list all at once. The responses will be updated in the CRM > Zoho Survey section. You can find individual statistics for each survey in Zoho Campaigns, whereas in Zoho Survey, there will only be consolidated stats available for the list. Additionally, with Zoho Survey you can send a maximum of 3000 emails per day or 60000 emails per month. If you need to send more emails than this limit, you can use Zoho Campaigns.
