No, this is not necessary.

By default, one person can give infinite responses. However, you can limit the responses by adding a restriction.
Can you mix text without using HTML when you paste the HTML survey code?
Yes, this is possible. The text you add in the rich text editor will be added as HTML in the backend. You can copy the HTML by clicking the HTML option in the text editor.
If there are more questions in an inline email, will the user be navigated to the survey with that one embedded question answered?

Can a survey restarted after it's been ended?
Yes, you can reopen the survey in the Launch tab. If you have set an end date for your survey, then you will need to remove it as well.

You can download the QR code for the survey and send it to them via chat.
