FAQ on Sending Mass Emails in Zoho Survey

Can I email a survey to a specific set of people? Is it possible to make a duplicate copy of the survey to be sent to other groups?

You can send out the survey by using the Zoho Campaigns tool to a set of people and the responses will reach the reports section in the survey. You can send reminder emails also from Zoho Campaigns to people who haven't answered the survey. Also, surveys can be cloned to be sent to the next group.
  1. Log in to your Zoho Survey home page.
  2. Click Create New Survey.
  3. Click Copy From Existing.
  4. Select the survey you want to use and click Use This. You can give it a new name and continue to use it.
