Is there a survey metrics form to analyze survey results?
We provide summary and individual responses to analyze the survey results by default. You can use the filters for advanced analysis.
Is the response data easily available, or do we just get a tabulated data from Zoho?
Yes, you can find the entire response data in the Individual Responses tab in Reports.
Can I translate my survey into different languages and find all the equivalent answers together, regardless of the language?
Regardless of the language, you will find all the answers in the summary report. If you wish to filter the results based on a specific language, you can add a filter for it.
Can I download all results to Microsoft Excel so I can further analyze and present them?
Yes, you can download the results into Spreadsheet, CSV, PDF, and SPSS formats. Read more here.
Can I calculate the percentage in a feedback form?
Currently, we do not have this option. However, you can export the responses onto a spreadsheet and calculate using spreadsheet formulas.
How can I use the same survey in different languages and consolidate the responses?
You can translate the survey into multiple languages, and your respondents can answer the survey in their preferred language. The responses will be automatically consolidated into the Reports section. You can add a filter in Reports and filter the ...

I sent out two surveys and got two sets of reports. Now, I need to compare these two reports and see which one performed well. Is there an option to do so?
Sorry, we currently do not have the option of comparing two different surveys with one another. However, you can compare two questions from the same survey using our cross-tab reports.
Is it possible to view the reports for a particular question separately?
Yes, this is possible. After you send out your survey, and start receiving responses, navigate to the Reports section. You can see the reports for all questions separately here.
