Create Survey from Scratch
How to create survey from scratch
- Click Create Survey under Create from scratch section from the Create Survey tab.

- Fill in the Survey name field.
- Select the category your survey fall under in the Category Name dropdown list.
- Add tags separated by spaces.
- Click Create. You'll go to the builder, where you can start adding questions to your survey using the left pane.
- You can create a new survey from the My Surveys page, too.
