Pipedream is a powerful automation tool that can integrate thousands of apps and workflows in a single console. Using PipeDream, you can integrate Zoho Survey with any other app which isn't directly available for integration with Zoho.
Integrate Zoho Survey with your suite of applications through Pipedream to enhance your workflow efficiency. This integration enables you to connect your survey account to multiple applications, automating actions whenever a survey is completed. For example, you can receive real-time notifications in your chat tool, automatically assign tasks according to the survey responses, generate support tickets, issue rewards, send email alerts, or update your CRM with new contacts and leads. By setting up this integration, you streamline the process of managing survey feedback and ensure timely follow-ups and actions.
Use Cases:
- Consider you run a popular food delivery chain. In order to improvise your service, every order ID receives a Customer Feedback form which you wish to track in your CRM software. Using the Pipedream integration, when a response is submitted, you can map it to your CRM software like HubSpot.
- Consider a Health survey is being taken for a district, and the data should be updated live onto a collaboration tool like Microsoft One drive or AirTable. If the direct integration of the app isn't available with Zoho Survey it can be integrated using Pipedream.
How to create a workflow with Pipedream:
- Log into Pipedream with your credentials.
- Click on New project, and a new window will pop up. Here, give a name for your project.
3. Then click on New and select Workflow.
4. Here, too, give a name for the workflow and configure Execution Controls. Then click on Create Workflow.
5. Click on Add Trigger.
6. Then search Zoho Survey and select New Survey Response (Instant). This will create a Trigger.
7. Once you've added Zoho Survey as the trigger, you'll be asked to configure the trigger :
Follow the steps below:
- 1-Map the Zoho Survey account you wish to integrate with Pipedream to the trigger.

- 3-Enter the Department under which the survey is created in Zoho Survey.
- 4-Select the Survey from where response data should be collected.
Give a name for the trigger.
8. Once all the fields for configuring the trigger are filled, the trigger can be tested either by generating a new event or sampling a test event using the original survey.
9. After configuring and testing the trigger, the action should be configured, which is similar to configuring the trigger.
10. As we are creating an API integration for survey response submission, let's integrate Zoho Survey with Google sheets. For that, search and select Google Sheets.
11.Choose the Add Single Row function from Pre-built actions, and then configure the action by following the steps below:
- 1- Associate the Google account in which the sheet is hosted.
- 2- Choose the sheet to which the response data needs to be uploaded.
- 3-Select the specific worksheet to which the data will be copied
- 4-Provide the Header values.
- 5-Provide a value for the sheet
12. Once the action has been configured, test the action as well and check if the data is pushed to the google sheet as shown below:
13. Once the test is successful, click Deploy, and your Pipedream integration is ready.
