Integrate Zoho Survey with all the applications you use through Zapier. For example, you can add a question asking for the respondents' email addresses in your student survey and send an automated circular email through Gmail to every student who enters their email address and submits the survey.

In another example, you can add questions regarding the room for improvement in your app., The responses can be passed on to Microsoft To Do to create tasks for your application developers.

Setting up Zoho Survey - Google Contacts integration through Zapier

To connect Zoho Survey with Google Contacts, you can use integrations with automation services to push the user data from Zoho Survey to Google Contacts online. Zapier is one such automation service through which this workflow can be set effortlessly.

How to create a Zap:

Click the Hub tab.
Click the Integrations section.
Click on Integrate in the Zapier section.
Refer to the Zapier help center and Sign in or Sign up for your Zapier account.
After logging in, you can set up the workflow as needed in your Zapier Dashboard.
Click + Create Zap on the left pane.
Since we are integrating Zoho Survey and Google Contacts, select Zoho Survey from the Trigger App event dropdown.
Select the required event in the Choose an event dropdown and click Continue to proceed.
Select the required Zoho Survey account from the Choose an account dropdown and click Continue.
Click Sign in to log in to your Zoho Survey account.
Select the Zoho Survey account from the account dropdown and click Continue.
Select the required department from the Department dropdown
Select the required survey to integrate from the Survey dropdown.
Enter the Trigger name and refresh the field for updated information by clicking Refresh fields. Once done, click Continue to proceed to test the trigger.This trigger name will be displayed within Zoho Survey.
Test the integration by clicking the Test trigger option. A list of survey questions with their respective datatypes will be displayed as a sample test response. Once done, click Continue.
Since we are integrating Zoho Survey and Google Contacts, select Google Contacts from the Action event screen.
Select the required event in the Choose an event dropdown and click Continue.
Sign In to your Google Contacts account and click Continue.
Map the survey questions with the respective Google Contact fields from the dropdown provided below each field and refresh the fields with Refresh Fields as required. Once done, click Continue to proceed to the test action. Once done, choose one of the following options:

Test action - Test the Action and proceed to the next step.
Skip test - Skip the test and proceed to the next step.

Click Publish to save the setup and Turn on the Zap.
Click Publish & Turn On to start the Zap automation.
Click Cancel to make changes.

To view a Zap:

Click the Hub tab.
Click the Integrations section.
Click Manage. Here, you can view the Zaps that are currently active for your survey.

To edit a Zap:

Sign in to your Zapier account.
Click Zaps on the left pane.
Select the required folder to view the Zaps in it.
Hover above a Zap.
Click to turn off the Zap and click to turn on the Zap.
Click to:

Click View to view the Zap.
Click Details to view details about the Zap.
Click History to view the Zap's history.
Click Rename to rename the Zap.
Click Share a template to share the Zap as a template.
Click Duplicate to duplicate the Zap.
Click Delete to delete the Zap.

To select multiple Zaps, select the check boxes of the respective Zaps. Click on to perform the following actions:

Click Delete to delete the selected Zaps.
Click Clear selection to clear the Zap selection.
Click Select paused to pause the selected Zaps.

To access trashed Zaps:

Click the Hub tab.
Click the Integrations section.
Click Manage in the Zapier section.
Refer the Zapier help center and Sign in to your Zapier account.
After logging in, you can set up the workflow as needed in your Zapier Dashboard.
Click Zaps on the left pane.
Click Trashed below the Zap folder.
Hover above a Zap. Click to:

Click Details to view details about the Zap.
Click History to view the Zap's history.
Click Move to folder to restore a Zap to its folder.

Behaviour:

Only Users with Response actions permission can create Survey Response submission triggers in Zapier.
Active Zaps cannot be deleted.
Zaps in the Trash cannot be turned on.
The Zaps moved to the Trash will be automatically deleted in 30 days.

Access:

Zaps can be created for your survey in your Zoho Survey account with the Pro and Enterprise plans.
