To edit a Zap:
Sign in to your Zapier account.
Click Zaps on the left pane.
Select the required folder to view the Zaps in it.
Hover above a Zap.
Click to turn off the Zap and click to turn on the Zap.
Click to:
Click View to view the Zap.
Click Details to view details about the Zap.
Click History to view the Zap's history.
Click Rename to rename the Zap.
Click Share a template to share the Zap as a template.
Click Duplicate to duplicate the Zap.
Click Delete to delete the Zap.
To select multiple Zaps, select the check boxes of the respective Zaps. Click on to perform the following actions:
Click Delete to delete the selected Zaps.
Click Clear selection to clear the Zap selection.
Click Select paused to pause the selected Zaps.
To access trashed Zaps:
Click the Hub tab.
Click the Integrations section.
Click Manage in the Zapier section.
Refer the Zapier help center and Sign in to your Zapier account.
After logging in, you can set up the workflow as needed in your Zapier Dashboard.
Click Zaps on the left pane.
Click Trashed below the Zap folder.
Hover above a Zap. Click to:
Click Details to view details about the Zap.
Click History to view the Zap's history.
Click Move to folder to restore a Zap to its folder.
Behaviour:
Only Users with Response actions permission can create Survey Response submission triggers in Zapier.
Active Zaps cannot be deleted.
Zaps in the Trash cannot be turned on.
The Zaps moved to the Trash will be automatically deleted in 30 days.
